Who are the WellVia doctors?
WellVia utilizes a rigorous screening process to ensure you are consulting with the highest quality physicians. The initial selection involves a thorough review of their clinical experience, training, licensure and questionnaire. Subsequently, each doctor is monitored through our industry leading Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Process. WellVia uses technology and best business practices to eliminate these costs. We pass all savings on to you, the patient.
Does WellVia accept insurance?
WellVia does not accept insurance directly. However, many health plans reimburse for telehealth services upon request. It is the responsibility of the member to submit a claim to their insurance company for reimbursement. WellVia will provide you with the needed information by contacting our Patient Care Team at 1-877-872-0370.

I travel a lot for work. When I'm on the road, time is money. Not having to stop and spend a couple hours at the urgent care meant a lot to me. Wellvia made it simple to get in touch with a doctor and get back on the road to recovery.

We thought my son was suffering from heat exhaustion and the physician that called gave us a number of useful things to try before taking him to the hospital. She also suggested a couple of things to help us avoid him getting overheated with multiple sports practices during the day in this heat. We were able to successfully treat our son and avoid the ER on a Friday night. A win/win!

I LOVE WellVia! I have used this service twice and I've been extremely happy with it. It has saved me time and money and it's great not having to go into a doctor's office and sit in a waiting room (especially being a mother of a two year old). Thank you WellVia!!!!!
